Founder Bio
Tung Mai, CPA, MBA, is the founder of NorthStone Fund Advisory LLC and brings over 18 years of public accounting experience serving investment management clients and alternative investment structures.
His experience includes advising private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, GP entities, and emerging investment managers on technical accounting, financial reporting, and operational advisory matters.
Prior to founding NorthStone Fund Advisory LLC, Tung served investment management clients ranging from emerging firms to globally recognized asset managers.
He holds a Master of Accounting and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University, an MBA in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Mathematics from Post University.
Tung is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the AICPA.
